A little about Ms. Bakowski
Ms. Bakowski is originally from St. Petersburg, FL. She received a degree from the University of Florida in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation with a focus in Biology Education and a Minor in Sustainability. She began her career in education at the Florida Museum of Natural History. There, she worked for two years writing curriculum for their education programs as an undergrad student. She then began her formal teaching career in the classroom, 12 years ago. She made the move to Seattle to be closer to family and she's very happy to be a part of the team at Shorewood High School! This will be her 8th year at Shorewood.
