Student will be tested throughout the semester using the District selected Fitnessgram. |
Student will analyze and evaluate the impact of real-life influences on health |
I can determine my pulse, heart rate and workable target heart rate zone. |
During the semester students will learn how to calculate their target heart rate zone and how to take their pulse. |
