Civic Foundations TEST - This will be a unit test covering the main concepts & important details of our first three modules in this course. There will be a multiple choice portion AND written response section. The multiple choice & written sections will EACH be its own summative assessment and standards based grading will be used.

During Mod 3 Seminars on MON 10/25, you will take the written portion of this test. The written portion will include a Public Policy Analysis & Evaluation task - be sure to review the Public Policy materials from Module 1. I will also ask for paragraph responses to questions around Voting and/or Political Parties from Module 3.

Then on THURS 10/28, you will take the multiple choice portion. I am estimating about 25-30 multiple choice questions on scantron. You may or may not be able to reference your CV Notebooks (haven't decided yet). IF you have been keeping your CV NB on google doc, I will ask that you print our your notes in advance (happy to help you print at school if needed too - just send the whole thing to me by WED). The questions on the test will cover topics from ALL three modules and 2-3 current even questions.

Make up for the written portion of the test will be WED10/27 After School OR THURS 10/28 during SAS in room 1508.

Make up for the multiple choice portion fo the test will be MON 11/1 during SAS in room 1508

To prepare, I suggest the following:

Review & Organize/Highlight Civics Notebook

Review Assignments on Canvas (whether complete or not) & anticipate what you might see on the test.
