Instructions
Record your flexibility for each of the following tests: sit and reach, shoulder extension, trunk twist, groin flexibility and forward flexion. Remember not to strain, bounce or lunge to a point of discomfort; your score is for you to reflect on your own flexibility. For the tests you will need a ruler and piece of tape.
