Groups are designed to provide targeted communication to subsets of students and/or parents such as after school athletic teams or clubs. Once a group is created, Admin and the Group Owner are able to send communication to this group. After class rosters are activated, teachers can create groups at their own school and those groups can include any student in that school.

Note: Rostered classes and Grade Level Groups are created automatically from Skyward data.

A few people at each school have the ability to create new groups. We suggest school staffs create guidelines for group creation in order to keep clear communication pathways with parents.
